Estoppel Certificate
Required for every sale or refinance. Delivered within 10 business days. Need it sooner? Choose the rush option on the order form for delivery within 3 business days.
If the owner's account is delinquent, the additional delinquency fee is collected at closing.
Condo Questionnaire
The lender's condominium questionnaire, completed by our office. After paying, email the lender's form to info@anchorpointegroup.com with your receipt.
Association Documents / Resale Package
The association's governing documents, rules, current budget and other records a buyer should review before closing.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Anchor Pointe never sees or stores your card number.

Purchase & Lease Applications
Applications and application fees are submitted online through our resident portal. Each association's fee is set as allowed by Florida law and is non-refundable.
Tip: in the application, click “Save & resume later” to create a free account, save your progress and check your application status.
